1. Order Lead Time

All orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure we have time to source the freshest ingredients and thoughtfully prepare your charcuterie experience. Rush orders may be declined or subject to additional fees, depending on availability.

 

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order to confirm and secure your requested date. We accept payment through our secure checkout process on this website.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our ingredients and the time involved in preparation.

• No-shows or failure to pick up an order will not be refunded.

 

4. Changes to Orders

Changes (e.g. delivery time, product type, guest count) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee changes will be accepted, but we will do our best to accommodate.

 

5. Delivery & Pickup

We currently offer delivery on a 30-mile radius from the Aston, Pennsylvania area. Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

 

6. Food Safety Disclaimer

All boards are made using fresh ingredients in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Agriculture or Health. We follow strict hygiene practices, but cross-contamination is possible. If you or your guests have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.

 

7. Presentation & Substitutions

We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value based on product availability and seasonality. Each board is handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance.

 

8. Customer Satisfaction

We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

 

9. Use of Images

Photos of your order may be used on our website or social media pages for marketing purposes. If you'd prefer your order not be shared, please let us know in advance.
